Mareverde is situated in the popular holiday area of Torviscas Bajo, close to Las Americas.Very close to pubs, bars and restaurants and within an easy walk to the beaches of Torviscas and further on to the fabulous Fañabé beaches, even a leisurely 18 minute walk gets you to Bahía del Duque beach as well as the high quality restaurants, bars and shops such as Plaza del Duque and The Duke Shops.The Gran Sur complex with supermarkets, designer shops and multiplex cinema is just across the motorway and is an easy walk from the apartments.The complex was built over a period of 3 phases starting in the 80s.There are 5 or 6 swimming pools, one of which is heated and there is also a separate children’s pool.Some of the pools are linked by a running river, which runs through the complex.
There’s a pool bar that opens every day apart from Sunday.
